We believe that strong partnerships with parents and carers are key to every child’s success. By working closely with families, we ensure that each child's individual needs are met. We also collaborate with outside agencies to provide additional support when needed, giving every child and family access to the best expertise and care. At Hearts and Minds, we’re more than just a childcare provider—we’re a community dedicated to helping children shine.

Our Setting

Hearts and Minds Childcare is set in an acre of land in Euxton, Lancashire, providing children with ample space to explore and discover. Our extensive outdoor areas allow children to observe the changes of nature, the transformation of the elements, and the interdependence of all living things in a secure environment.

This connection with the natural world affords the children and babies a sense of belonging, allowing them to feel part of a wonderful, ever-changing world. Our indoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to be warm, welcoming, and stimulating, with distinct areas that promote different aspects of learning and development.

Quality Assurance and Training

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and education. One of our first initiatives was to require all colleagues to undergo paediatric first aid training before it became an EYFS requirement.

Ofsted Recognition

Hearts & Minds Childcare has been fully registered with Ofsted since 21st February 2013 (Registration Number: EY458179). Our most recent inspection was conducted on 19th August 2021, where we were rated ‘Good’ across all areas.
